The Wilting Rose Project is opening applications for staff members! If you’d like to invest your talents in a ministry and work alongside a team of young women dedicated to serving by the grace that God gives us, you might want to apply!
We are a volunteer organization that produces articles, shares encouragement on social media, and sends a bimonthly newsletter. We are looking for various staff members to share their gifts with our team! Newsletter Manager
Do you love connecting with others through the written word? You might enjoy this position as a newsletter manager! It involves sending 2-3 emails to our subscribers per month with an invitation to read articles, encouraging music recommendations, and other updates.
Graphic Designers
We are looking for designers to produce blog and social media graphics. If you’re an artistic soul with a love of color and graphic design, this might be the perfect position for you!
Social Media Team (Instagram/Facebook)
Are you skilled with social media? Do you love to connect with new friends from around the world? We have quite a few openings to join this team—from behind-the-scenes organization with post publishing to a Reels manager. If you’d like to find a way to bless and connect with hundreds of young women, this is a fantastic position!
Podcast Producer/Editor/Outreach Manager
You read that correctly—one of our dreams is to launch a Wilting Rose podcast! If you are an avid podcast listener, are musically talented, or have experience editing audio, we may have a spot for you here on our team! There are a few roles to fill on this team, so if you have some experience in the audio content world, please inquire with any questions and consider applying to join our podcast team!

Content Editors
When you read an article, are you constantly irked by poor structure and a lack of clarity? Do you notice logical inconsistency or poorly founded arguments? Do you love researching scripture? If you enjoy editing the structure of articles, you might enjoy this position!
Copy Editors
Do you find yourself proofreading everything you read? Can you spot a grammatical error at a distance? Do you enjoy restructuring sentences? We are looking for editors to do line edits on our articles!

Personal Assistant
Are you a well-organized young woman? Do you love technology? If you’d like to work with a few of our team leaders to run behind-the-scenes operations, this might be a perfect position for you!
Article Manager
For this position, we’re looking for an editor or writer who is strong in communication skills to come on staff and manage upcoming articles, guest submissions, and work with our Head Editor and staff writers to ensure Christ-honoring articles continue to encourage our readers. If you like to organize people and help them stay connected, this role is for you!

Applications are open to any Christian woman or girl who longs to serve the Lord with a team of like-minded young women! If you are under 16, you will need parental permission to join. (We encourage you to show this post and the application form to your parents before applying.)
